This hospital is nice , clean n quiet, well run. The service is OK. The doctor are good but some of the nurses are mean. I had my eye procedure in there few years ago. My mother had neat replacement few years ago so we have to bring her once a year for check up, have to wait the whole morning, registration n X Ray long hours. The Dr./ Student see you for few minutes to review the X Ray.

100% I will recommand, Very professional, tidy and disciplined employee , doctors and nurses; very kind nurses with very clean and tidy environment, As a foreigner in Malaysia I will never forget how good are UM doctors and nurses. I was there for my relative who hospitalized in private ward and did a surgery for open fracture. Thanks to you all.

Ample parking lots, a big hospital of few blocks of high rise buildings, renovated, very clean, all the hospital staff are friendly to show you the way to locate patients. The staff incharge of patients of the floor well knows names of patients, they mentioned the patient's name before you spoke out. Well done, It gives me a friendly environmental feeling.

The nurses and doctors at pediatric ward and pediatric emergency are very friendly and professional. I have been visiting the hospital 8 years now from my first child till the fourth. You have trained the nurses and doctors, very well keep up the good work!! You guyz are awesome.. However i do have one comment for the pediatric ward. For the guardian taking care of the sick, a proper lazy chair need to be given for each guardian and not just a normal sofa chair. I have experienced few times and its very unpleasant with me ending up having back pain and a strain neck. There was once i even need to sleep with my baby on the baby cot.

I found the nurses, doctors and personal absolutely profesional, courteous and caring. I saw the doctors diagnose and treat patients in 2 languages and 3 dialects, like nothing! The respect and the way they approach their patients was so heart warming and thorough, The nurses singing to the senile patient to encourage him to exercise and eat. ?? My fait in Malaysia restored. ? I will find a way to pay it forward. All the medical staff there... know you are making such a difference in our community. Much love.

Highly recommend University Malaya medical center for sinus operation, same operation might cost rm20 - 30k at private hospital but here only about less than 2k, extremely affordable considering they are group of experience doctors to take care of u during the operation. Special thanks to Dr Dakshaini and Dr Samad, anaesthetic and all the doctors involved for a smooth operation! Well done~
