Sam is probably the agent that I recommended the most. He rented out my unit in Empire Damansara for a short term tenancy, then renew for a year-long contract. He also helped my friends and brothers to rent out at least another 4 units in the span of 2 months. What I like the most about him is he always took initiatives and walk extra miles to close the deal. He is the first agent that I met that mop the floor for my unit for free, on his own initiatives! He stays in Empire Damansara and has a few partners that help to manage any issues related to the tenancy or tenant. Very responsive to calls and aggressive in closing deals, highly recommended if you are looking for an agent in Empire Damansara area.
