Young, cunning but get things done, as long as you don’t mind his small little lies here and there, he can be a good agent. The last I know, Chris is focus on Damansara Perdana area, especially Empire Damansara. He managed to rent out a few units for me and family members, but almost all of it, we found that he is not totally honest with both the landlord and tenants. Although those are the minor issues, but the way he handled it, as if it some minor differences were non-existence without even discuss with us first, is just unprofessional. Anyway, like I said, he is cunning but can get things done. He acts fast, really fast, and knows when to push to close the deal. Just be extra careful on the contract terms while dealing with him.
