He helped me to rent out my unit in Summer Suites. Quite responsive on my enquiry and able to rent out my unit in relatively short period of time. He is staying in the Summer Suites there so that’s a plus point coz easier to meet up and I believe that’s one of the reasons that he is able to rent out the unit fast as well. I insisted to use my own version of tenancy agreement, meet up with the potential tenant in short notice of time, yet he still able to comply with all the above. The best part is, he helped me to handle some of the minor but tedious work, such as getting a contractor for minor touch job, being there to accept delivery, etc. Saves me a lot of trouble and unnecessary trips to Summer Suites. Courteous young man. I won’t mind recommending him to others.
