I noticed POLYKLINIK PUBLIC medicine (the outer labelling of the medicine) do not show medicine expired date, it has been cut off, see the attached photo. Today, i called the clinic to check the expired date of my son's medicine Soficlor, because i tasted the medicine is so weird, so came to me intention to check the expired date, i waited for long time in the call, the ladies who picked up the call asked me to bring back to their clinic to change for a new stock for FOC. I told them i need the expired date of the medicine, no need FOC, i can pay for it. Finally, the lady said the expired date is on Feb 2023, i asked her why i cant find from the outer packaging of the medicine bottle? Another lady answer my called said no more stock in their clinic, so they cant check for me. What does it mean? They sold to me old or nearly expired medicine for me? It's for 6 years old child to consume the medicine, how it was so cincai?? That's so scary, a nightmare for us. I advised you to make sure you ask and check the expired date of the medicine before you leave the clinic. I will not come this clinic anymore.
