Hi I’m on of a dr who just came in to this clinic as a patient just to do medical check up due to my insurance panel ( wants to apply insurance)

My god the waiting time I’m telling u guys I literally waiting around one hour and I monitor a lot of stuff too

First dr seeing patient at least 10-15 min the drs are taking long hours to see patient ( when I reg my self as a patient they told me it’s 7 patient before me after one hour I ask them they told 5 patients more ) what the hell are u doing talking story’s to the patient izit out side also got ppl sick lah u have to see the patient properly and send them back home u can’t be chit chatting plus when its covid time )

Second : the nurses does not know how to talk also to a patient very rude and sarcastic I literally feel like want to slap them

3th it’s very expensive when I observing what was going on they literally gave an uncle 2 medication and charge him rm 150 it’s very expensive and when he told he does not have enough money they told him can’t give him medication and they took away everything .. Wer is ur ethic ppl

Only one reason for me to come back here is for Dr Kumar.He is such a good Dr where you feel to get his treatment when you are sick.Unfortunately, his nurses can make you more sick and angry..Being working quite long there ( few of them) not profesional at all! Their system also a failure i can say..From one room to another ..they will transfer you n finally Dr end up seeing patient on the treatment bed!

Kindly improve the service so you dont loose patients.
