Absolutely horrible service and experience. Had an upsetting racist encounter with a saleswoman who refused to show me the item and did not let me wear the bangle on account “look dirty”, just because I am Indian. This happened on 13th November 2022 at 4:55pm at Station 18 outlet, I have taken her photo and am going to lodge a police report.

Staff macam tak mau serve. Muka masam suara tak ada tak lmau ayan . Macam mana nak buat sales.. Staff lelaki pakai cermin mata tak silap nama Shoan Yong.. Nasib keluarga saya beli kedai wah chan.. Staff baik.. Tak sombong.

Expensive than outside shop.. Workers man there like don't want to serve customer.

a lot of designs.. but they are cheaters.. they give the price of mix gold for pure gold jewellert.. very expensive as well.. the designs are not bad..but i wont buy from here..

Price is reasonable, but the choices of their product is too less. Almost all of their outlet is selling the same design of the product which makes no different and nothing special. Some staff of their outlet charge a high commission.

Most of the staff are quite friendly, but they earning too much commission from the customer. Most of the product in every of their outlet is almost the same. Abit disappointed as nothing new and not much choices.
