Ive been there for indoor cricket nets. Good place to warmup yourself for both batting and bowling. But the problem is run-up is not that much efficient for fast bowlers and in recent days aircon is not functioning properly.

Got swimming pool, squash court, and other sport equipment. Not much people there. Quite comfortable to be there.

Nice big pool, decending pool depth up to 12ft, clean/spacious changing room, pool surrounded by cafe/bar..very good place to exercise

Great place for some regular swims, not too crowded on the weekdays, and the facilities are well maintained.

Nice place for family outing. There is an attached A&W with this sport centre.

Clean pool, reasonably priced, must wear proper swimming attire. There is a shop that you can buy diving gear here.

One of PJ's oldest pool here, surrounded by F&B like Out Of Africa, Modestos, A&W.
Also the home to SeaMonkey, a Padi Dive Centre.
Parking at RM5 a pop is ample but rather small spaces.
After all these years, still well maintained.
