Petsmore Boarding

Been sending my doggie over to petsmore SS2 for grooming for quite some time now. Good service & great groomers! Thank you for the excellent service. Although, I have to mention that the shop needs some maintenance and a makeover, looks like it has been abandoned for months especially the 1st and 2nd floor.

Not an exact customer for their service, but as a first time walk in, I must say their staffs are very friendly and professional. Well equipped with animal knowledge and customer support. They even allowed my more than enthusiastic friend to play with their puppies under their supervision. If I were to get a pet in the near future, I'd give this place a visit.

Our fur kid was due for 2nd vaccination and the staff from this branch was supposed to send her for the vaccination before we take her home a week after we bought her. As we didn't expect something could be amiss so we just took her home happily without checking the vaccination records and just waiting patiently for the time to take her for the 3rd vaccination. A week before the due date when we checked the vaccination card that's when discovered there are no stickers of the 2nd vaccination. We went back to the branch and were told they actually missed it. We were really disappointed with the service but the good thing was they immediately own it up and offer to pay for the first 2 vaccines again. Brought our fur kid to the Petsmore's panel vet and it turn out the Vet is very good. So in a way it is a blessing in disguise. If not for the mishap, we wouldn't know of this Vet also. Nevertheless, I hope Petsmore can improve the service quality especially the after sales service.

My little baby had a great time there, it can be seen as i went there and the way she was, she was all clean and well kept. She wasn't even showing attidude. She was happy. I've sent her for a day boarding and i am so satisfied with it. All the staff was friendly and helpful...they even cleaned her paws, ears and cut her nails as today was the promo day. Thank you so much guys.
