Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kebajikan dan Persekitaran Positif Malaysia (SEED)

A group of dedicated social workers with more than 30 years accumulative experience in managing the issues of HIV and the marginalized communities established SEED, aiming to develop the skills and capacity of the key affected populations for better sustainable life. Its first task was taking over and managing Pusat Bantuan Khidmat Sosial (PBKS), which pioneered the concept of ‘smart partnership’, collaboration between an NGO and a Government agency.

PBKS provides services and a safe space for our targeted Marginalized Communities through our Drop-In Centres, which deliver Referral and Outreach services, social, and skills development and dissemination of accurate information that is relevant to the community.
