The drive-thru vaccination is a huge success. It calms the people (especially the elderly) who take their vaccination there as they can just stay in their own car (a comfort place) and take jab easily. The workers are very friendly and professional. They follow full SOPs too.

online doctors appointment is great and user friendly. Very convenience to register my kids at any time without calling the hospital. i no longer need to spend whole day in hosp waiting fot my turn because i can view live queue from my handphone and estimate my arrival time.

I admit this hospital have very very good doctors. But, the administration system is very bad. People are waiting long time just to see doctor. I think they leak of workers. For example, my uncle want to do final administration after having in-patient for 2 night. It tooks 5-6 hours just to finalize and two hours for medicine. My father went to visit Dr.WLC, a neurologist. This doctor did not come according to the schedule and keep the patient waiting for 4-5 even whole day until night. I know this doctor is smart but he has personal attitude or the hospital do not know how to organize. I hope this can be fixed because many people complaining, angry and not satisfied. Personally, better go to other hospital in Penang for neurologist if you are not willing to wait for hours...

The Doctor and Nurse was very accomodative. Good Job.
However, I believe some staff in your medical report department can still improve a lot on the communication skill. One of the staff that I talked was not customer friendly and one occasion i called, she just hang up my call when i said thank you. This experience can be interpreted differently by customers.
Anyway keep up the good work.

Oh guys please, other things was excellent, staff are friendly, doctors are good, but your toilet...(idk what to say about it). I rather hold my pee than go inside the toilet.
