Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur

So far quite satisfied with services here. Staff was helpful, not as chatty as some, but nice. Waiting time was average, went here 2 times and entertained in less than 1 hour after appointment. Not bad really. There's also few food stall, fast food restaurants on the premise. So food wasn't an issue. I just asked the staff what is the estimated time for my turn, then I went downstairs to grab food while waiting.

Had an excellent visit to see Dr. K Sivananthan at the Spine and Joint Centre. Very impressed with all the staff there and love the new wing. Very spacious and bright and cheery. Dr. Siva and his nurse Rohana have always been very professional, skilled, caring and helpful over the years and we will always be grateful for the amazing attention he has given my mother aged 83 who has had many orthopaedic issues and complications over the years and is walking today despite several major fractures thanks to his kind and careful attention. Pantai has a great team of doctors and support staff and when my mother had to be in ICU and an extended stay in the hospital, they all came into full play and ensured she was well looked after and cared for and all of us were treated very well too. Thank you.

Overall is good, however the admission and discharge counter took me 3 hours 36 minutes 27 seconds for only 5 discharge numbers ahead me. This is a challenge of patient's patience.

Almost 3 years I went for treatments at this hospital and very satified with their services. Specialists, nurses and staff are very professional in their respective fields and helpful. Keep it up.

Amazing service on both Doctors & evey single care takers... Great facilities, Successful & Quick Analysis by Dr. Shanti regarding my Appendicitis & Successful Surgery by Dr Seeni, gentle, patience & encouraging. So many facilities for visitors too: bookstore, delicious f&b restaurants, etc. Well done for having such a great overall service, facilities & management!!

The hospital is old but the new block is coming up this year end. The staff are excellent and the service is top notch. Branded for sure. Great efforts, but they could use refreshers in their products
