Visited the hospital for the first time today for a scan at their radiology & imaging department. Staffs and doctor attended was very courteous, helpful and friendly. My sincere appreciation to the team for their professionalism and care.Thank you and keep up the good work.

impolite insurance department staff-a lady staff -lazy to pick up calls besides her desk for 3 times while I sit in front of her when she is about to finish work and back home-a lady staff from insurance department -my mom's surgery bill remain unsolved for more than 1 hour even internally between the hospital 's billing department and the hospital 's insurance department -very friendly and polite doctor and nurses -some nurses are inefficient

Good quality medical service but unfortunately the whole experience is tainted by the parking issue, for the price that they charge, many will reasonably expect that to improve.
