First time waited for 20mins then in the room waiting again. 2nd time reached, no greetings at all like no ppl bother about u. After check, just ask to wait. Dun think I will continue once completed.

went to check out the place.. but there were appointments on that day. so couldn't get to try the free trial.. so went back home disappointed.. the staffs were friendly though..

The staffs are not friendly as I thought, there is no greeting when I walked in. The facial treatment went good. However, the waiting time is quite long. Will go back again but it is quite costly.
