I started expressing my disliking towards impulsive purchase, then she started telling me that I could consider the 10 treatment package. I then said that I don't like feeling pressured into making a purchase, she then reduced the treatment number to three. Of course, I still said no. At this point of time, I totally feel that they are just forcing me to make a purchase, of any amount at all. Totally liked their treatment, but at the same time very much disliked their hard selling approach, and how they make their customers feel so uncomfortable about it.

went to check out the place.. but there were appointments on that day. so couldn't get to try the free trial.. so went back home disappointed.. the staffs were friendly though..

The staffs are not friendly as I thought, there is no greeting when I walked in. The facial treatment went good. However, the waiting time is quite long. Will go back again but it is quite costly.
