I had really bad experience here in this saloon on the 3rd week of Dec, i used to have long, brownish silky hair but now looks like a wheat which is super dry after i asked for touch up rebonding, treatment and cut. my hair shape is also cacat, not balance at all. when i asked for fringe cut (see through bangs) but the stylist Ann cut full bangs until the length of my ears. i was utterly shocked when the bangs were cut that way like budak *inappropriate words*, so i told her this is not what i want! then she just replied then how you want it and cut it again with 2 few strands of hair on both sides which she made it more worst! before this i've shown her a picture clearly on which type of bangs i wanted. Also my hair was not being straightened well as i can see my 90 degrees angles hair shape near the hair roots. Even i can see the indonesion shampoo lady in their saloon did a better job in straightening while i was seeing them doing on other's hair. So the next day i went back to complain and asked possibly of "repair" but i just received a temporary hair straightened with the hot flat iron and it cant be helped anymore since the damage is done. one more thing im disappointed is that the reason the stylist Ann gave is because i've bleached my hair. honestly speaking, i have no problems with my bleached hair even after a touch up rebonding or relaxing from other saloons. I don't sense any professionalism in her and lack of experience. The reason i came here is because of the price and frequent walk-in customers but seems like is just a cover of the book. i realized the stylist is not updated with the latest trend, the hair cut and styling is too outdated. even Sabrina the stylist asked me whether i liked it or not? sorry Sabrina my hair is already being cut that way, massive hair loss from aggressive combing and pulling, chemicals which not in quality. does this saloon knows that there is this anti-frizz comb which can reduce hair loss from rough pulling and hair thinning that comes by about RM10-15 per piece? please get at least one piece seriously. i don't recommending anyone to have their precious hair get ruin in this saloon!!
