i love the fact that they sit you down and explain the process of your treatment before they begin your treatment. If you go for body massage, you'll get your feet washed and led to a small room to change and get settled. Massage itself is not too bad. It's a great place if you're looking for a totally unique experience. Definitely worth the money if you're willing to splurge or for whenever you want to pamper yourself.
