Bathroom door has no lock, unusual. No free wifi. Location, very close to KLCC. Nice clean room. Nice staff. In room food was nice. Helpful room service.

I checked in with a friend who was in from out of town to njoy this hotel. The Club lounge is fantastic, staff are attentive and it certainly does hv the 5 star touch. The lounge in the evening played some nice Gazal music (Ramadan month). The room is cosy but even with the aircon switched off it is COLD! I'm on the 28th floor and at 5am unfortunately i was kept awake by the sound of the neighbour's door slamming at least 6 loud times in succession. I guess it's the way the door is made it doesn't shut 'quietly'. That is d only complain I have. Breakfast was a blast and we had table by the window overlooking the garden and fountain at klcc. Nice getaway!

Finding the place is not very easy, especially with standard GPS systems and it is advisable to ask for directions to the staff. Malihom Estate is a unique place, completely off the beaten track. Once there, this is paradise on Earth. The place is a magical combination of closeness to nature, fine details of decoration and gardening, leveraging a unique site with a view on both sides of the island of Penang. It is perfect for lovers of unique places and of serenity and meditation. All people who look for hotels with standardized rooms and close to the commotion and polluted air of the sea side, do not think about it! Moreover, the staff is incredibly courteous and helping, and the meals, prepared with attention to the details, are simply exquisite. Malihom Estate is a true “must stay” place and will leave the guests with fantastic memories after stimulating all their senses.

The MOKUL was great. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment they picked us up at the airport until they dropped us off at the end of our stay. We stayed on the Club Level. Very nice room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The laundry service, meals and afternoon tea and cocktails were well worth the extra cost of the Club Level. Excellent location, good view of the KLCC Park. My only (minor) complaint is the fact they were renovating the pool while we were there, and I didn't see that information on the MOKUL's website when I made the reservation. Maybe I just missed it.

Malihom is on a hilltop with a beautiful birdseye view of much of the island. The staff was fantastically polite and helpful. The food was very good. A little out of the way but well worth it. Romantic. Secluded. Splendid.

The place in Mandarin Oriental is just like heaven.. Kings new house is coming.. The workers are friendly and responsible in everything they do. Nothing is not good.. The facilities are good and first class just like other countries around the world.. Mostly I like Malaysia style.. 1 Malaysia.. Proud to be a Malaysian..

I like such a remote area! You can't go there simply by foot or even by driving your sweet car. There are many steep slopes! Usually you could ask hotel arranges a taxi, and most probably it would be Jeff Tan, a very helpful and nice driver and even a tour guide! He could tell you much about the plants and fruits around Malihom when going through. Everytime when you go up and down most likely Jeff will be your driver. Chit chat with him is another good activity too! Foods and fruits in Malihom are excellent! Fresh, taste good, mix and match were done very well. I suggest the chef should arrange some cooking classes! As a tourist I would like to learn how to make use of different kind of spices. You don't have to bring outside foods, I guarantee weight must gain after three meals offered daily. VERY FULL! But I like it. Room is clean and room service is up to standard. Staffs are nice and helpful. Mosquitoes control is done quite well, you seldom find mos around the living area. Views from Malihom are great! Sunset, sunrise, areas around queensbay mall you may see, the western coastal line, and of course, the mountains around there. Just imagine you are surrounded by GREEN and QUIET!
