I came to sunway velocity mall llaollao twice during lunch time, there was no one at the counter, i been waiting from 1pm to 1.30pm and finally the afternoon shift people came.. what?! How can u left the shop empty for so long during lunch time? Can't the worker go to store after the next shift came?

I bought a large frozen yogurt with three toppings in My town mall. The staff was very rude to me.She was disrespectful to and was raging and shouting at me.i don't even know why.I really had a terrible experience .
Very fresh yogurt ice cream. We can choose many types of sauce.
