They provided detail explanation about my cat's condition and answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

I'm their most satisfied and regular customer. They handle all my 10 cats from deworm, fever, fungus, deflea, wound treatment etc. Visited them for almost 10 days in a row just to clean Mama Bella little wound and really satisfied with their service.

Very caring pair of doctors. Even though my checkup was free promotion. They took so much time and effort to provide tips, explain very nicely about their conditions and wht other outcomes tht could have happen and analyse my cat very carefully. They did a slide hair analysis in front of us and drew out in the whiteboard to explain. Again this did not cost us any money as it was a promo by royal canin. Overall best vet clinic I've been to.

Although is my first time visit, but both doctors are extremely profesional and really care about our doggies and they are able to explain in details...we really apreciate it

Very friendly and professional doctors. I had my Silky terrier in for stone removal from the bladder. Drs. Lim & Loo were very helpful and explained things in details. Charges were also explained and a total breakdown given which was greatly appreciated. I was also kept inform of her progress during her entire 2.5 days with them. Thanks to them I got my spunky silky back. Once again thanks docs' for a job well done.
