Excellent tour guide, arrived 3 hours earlier than expected, this was to meet our rescheduled flight into Labuan. Also kept us occupied for the extra hours at no further charge or inconvenience to himself until our original departure time of 1700 hrs. How good is that for service with a smile, then allowed us as much time as we wanted at each of our scheduled stops plus extra site we asked for. Very knowledgable and pleasant man, introduced us to some wonderful people and culture, would highly recommend to any traveler. I found it nearly impossible to find information for this island from Australia bur was so blessed with this tour operator. Thanks for introducing us to Palm Beach Resort, A beautiful resort, sadly unknown to most western tourists. Two short flights from Australia, great prices for food and drink, excellent staff and location. Owner was onsite at the time of our visit, very lovely man welcomed us and sat talking with us. All on the Duty Free island of Labuan, just off Borneo, would recommend to all.
