LFS toilet dirty. Need to keep the toilet clean and can be use. Told the staff many times but still no improvement

Firstly I would like to congratulate for the achievements that LFS has received.
I went to Kajang LFS to book a movie ticket. Hence, I noticed that the counter does not accept payment made in any forms other than cash. Please upgrade your service in this area as the world is moving drastically to cashless payment. Hope in future LFS be more technologically updated.

Formerly owned by Lotus Five Star, all setup seems unchanged except the name. The cushion of the seats is leather (or PVC), this is more comfortable compare fabric seat which may have unpleasant smell or stains. The speed of service in snack counter need to be improve, TOO SLOW!
