Ar Chong Lee Siong is like a father figure in the firm, he really guides his staff with his years of experience. He guides by inspiring the staff to think a different way. Mr Chong is also a veteran in fire safety and deals with a lot of huge big industry factory works. Talking about cooking and cars are his passion, if you love either cooking or cars, you would love the way Mr Chong lead the team. On the side note, he rarely ever got angry.
