KMI Kuantan Medical Centre

Outpatient cashier too slow. No urgencies even there were no many patients waiting for payment. Your may need to wait for your turn 30-45 mins. In my case I'm at no 4. So bad this medical center got bad review because of this. Need more improvements

My trusted hospital of choice. Some of the best and senior specialist doctors in the country are here. All rooms are single-beds,for better privacy,safety from cross infection and comfort. Staff are very friendly,caring and attentive.

Previously located next to Berjaya Megamall Kuantan. Everything is okay except for the parking and checking out. The car parks is limited and route/space to drive out most of the time obstructed. Checking out from the hospital took more than 2 hour,mainly for the documentation part.

Very late admission. Waited for 4 hours to be admitted. However staff nurses n dr are very friendly and helpful. Im still here for my baby bcs of high fever. Today is 4th day.

Drs are good....but cashier service are very bad...always have to wait AT LEAST an hour or more to be called to d payment...i wonder how their system goes around? Really disspointed...management board really need to figure out something to fix this matter

The staff and doctors are very good and friendly, need to upgrade the management, room service and cleanliness, more other things to be updated.
