Dr. Ng seems to be very kind and does not care about the money. I never waited too long for the service eithr. The only problem is with his so called "friendliness". Sometimes in an attempt to be friendly, he came off as being too sarcastic and often condescending. He ended every sentence with a very sarcastic voice that it made me very uncomfortable. There is one time when I tried to clarify my condition to him after he seemingly misinterpret my previous testimony of my condition, instead of listening to my experience and clarification, he instead asked me what I am studying and subtly jmplying that if I am the expert and I discount what a doctor said, I might as well don't see a doctor. That made me quite angry as I was simply explaining my own condition to him which seems to contradict with what he had diagnosed, which I hope will get an affirmation or some sort of clarification. There was another instance when after he explained why he cannot give me mc (which I agreed), I was simply explaining why I wanted it in the first place. While he took that explaination wrongly as another attempt to get mc from him, I didn't have a chance to clarify because I was disoriented when he shove his phone to me asking me to record my reasons (which he misunderstood) and to send to my principal to see if it is reasonable or not. I was so confused as to what to say. Even though I meant no disrespect, I couldn't clarify myself because the way he speak is so sarcastic that I didn't have a way to get through to him. All of this showed a lack of professionalism and empathetic listening skill.
