Experienced specialist doctor and team assistants, good facility, friendly and reasonable price.

Good hospital to consider if your child is sick. Less crowd or no one when i came at 4am. Immediate attention was given. Easy parking(RM6) per day (make sure to get the parking coupon from d hospital). Single room is spacious n comfortable. Double sharing is too congested. Nurses are friendly n helpful. But most importantly, Dr.Syed, a very nice n friendly doc who really makes anxious parents feel comfortable. He is my reason to come back here if at all my kids get sick again(but i really hope they wont)... Who likes to get admitted anyway??

KJMC has very good doctors and staff, i would have given a 5 star however the facilities and equipments are pretty bad shape. It is a pity. I have been given a portable nebuliser by them and it is a very old type and takes very long like 30-40 minutes to complete the course whereas a new omron for example maybe just 5 minutes and in much silent mode! based on the prices they are charging i dont belief they cant afford a rm500 omron nebuliser or equivalent! Again the staff, nurses and doctors are very well trained and isa 5 star but equipped with 2 star facilities, even the rooms are very badly maintained. I hope the management will read this and take action so that to justify the brilliant staff members they have!
