male staff on duty at the payment counter on 14/4/2023 at 4.30pm was very rude to customers. suddenly using a high tone of voice towards the customer drives the customer back to queue behind while the existing customer at the counter has finished paying. he should have just spoken in a more friendly tone. There are two payment counters. After standing in a long queue, automatically the customer who is in the third queue will go to the front counter to make a payment as soon as they see that the customer at the counter has finished making the payment. but the staff has issued a rather high and illogical tone of voice. please kaison can reprimand this staff to be more customer friendly.
