Very poor with the impolite staff and the service. The staff in counter 3 comment me with others in front of me and gave poor attitude to me just because i gave wrong card to her. She said i tak ada telinga, cakap card bank bagi ic, make her work lambat. HELLO? I faham bm and this is my first experience to renew my licence ok ? Very disappointed
