Ai Ling, we learned more in your breastfeeding class than we did in the separate exclusive breastfeeding class we took somewhere else. Till this day, I still pull out and refer to the notes I took in the class and it is amazing how much information you taught us in just two hours! Knowing what to expect in the first week, the second week, the third week, the fourth week, etc made me panic so much less as things were happening because I knew it was completely normal. All your little tips and tricks also helped tremendously! I was so worried about breastfeeding before (Will I have enough? What if I don't know what to do? What if she can't latch? How will I know I'm doing it right? panic panic panic etc) but thanks to your class, we are successfully breastfeeding exclusively! YAY!!

Jocelyn, oh Miss Jocelyn. I cannot even begin to tell you what a wealth of knowledge and reassurance you were to us the first few weeks. Each home visit, you not only patiently explained and answered all our silly questions but you were also such a big encouragement. You are so very amazing at what you do but more than anything else, we admire how much heart you have and how well it translates in your work. I felt like I almost should have called you mama you were so kind and caring. Please don't retire, we need you for all our babies!!
