Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan

Some department offer a slow and bad services, maybe is their culture for being a worker there. Recently i have encounter a good response and good service in one of the department with lot of doctors and nurses to attend patient. PARKING ALWAYS THE MAIN ISSUE HERE.

Terima kasih pada semua staff HTAA terutama pada doktor dan s/ nurse di wad 2c,4c dan 8A yang telah menjaga isteri saya jamiah sulaiman yang telah menjalani pembedahan pd 18/12/15 yg lalu..perkhidmatan yg baik serta layanan mesra amat dihargai..

Kepada semua staff dan doktor unit jabatan kecemasan dan trauma saya mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih yg tak terhingga kerana telah merawat arwah ibu mertua saya Puteh Abd.Rahman @4/10/2016.Begitu jugak semua staff dan doktor wad 7B yg telah merawat arwah ibu mertua saya Puteh Abd.Rahman.Hanya allah swt yang dapat membalas jasa baik anda semua.

Dear Mr. Tee Hoi Poh, I would like to take this opportunity to express to you my most heartfelt appreciation for not only your skills but your compassion throughout my process.. As the wife/mother who presented herself as the strong one who keeps everything together for our family to say this shook us all is a mild statement. However, after consulting with you I felt calm and confident that all would be okay. Your willingness to discuss/explain everything to any family members gave me a sense of peace and enabled me to continue to be strong for them. Your skill, knowledge and positive outlook played a major role that I will be recovering well soon. I also appreciate your staff for arranging tests, scheduling appointments and handling other procedures with seamless effort. Overall satisfied, friendly medical staff efficient service.Waiting time at emergency room should be revised.I was admitted on 21/2/16 and was discharged on 25/2/16 wad 4A
