Actually heard lots of negativity about this place. But while i was there as a patient's daughter, i realize that the staff, nurses are ok and treat you like family. It just that their hand are tied as nothing much they can do with very limited and outdated facilities. Some comment about them is they not helpful. Actually when family member of the patient around they will just let and encourage us to attend to the patient personal needs but still they will do it if the patient are alone. Come on people be realistic. Can't expect a 5 star service when the place charges you RM3 per day for staying at the ward. As long as the doctors are excellent with their expertise and consultation, I guess it should be ok.
