THE SERVICE OF EMERGENCY IS VERY POOR AND BAD
- The patient need to wait for more than 6 hours to be warded.
- No proper explanation from the staff there why they are late.
- No specific bed for the patient. We need to wait at the outside chair!!. Should be they provided bed for the patient while waiting for warded.
- At first they told that only 4 beded is available, we agree to procees since the patient already tired of waiting. I have evidence at first we were place at 4 beded.
- But no update within 6 hours regarding the bed, we asking again, then told us that 1 beded is available.
- What nosense that they trying to pull. This is not acceptable!!
- Then, in reality while we otw to the ward, we saw a few empty room. What irrirating to me. Are they trying to lie to us?!!
This is the last time I will come here.
