Hospital Langkawi

Ok. First of all I'm very surprised. The ward is clean and not crowded. The dr's r professional and will explain in details and even give suggestions. The food is nice and tasty. Facility is good. The nurses r friendly and helpful(morning-afternoon-evening shifts) Thank u to the 2 nurses(wad bersalin) who helped me with my food(coz i was so hungry ) i forgot their names. But thank u again so much. Keep it up..

Under the circumstances this Hospital provided good treatment to my critically ill friend who needed a platelet transfusion. Cost was not extravagant. Ok staff indifference is another matter but that,s a cultural issue and could happen in any hospital. Doctors spoke good English and were willing to speak to overseas specialist in very professional terms. Now if you want to talk about patient comfort and getting a response from the hospital administration that's another matter. Very difficult getting anyone to respond to queries regarding accounts etc. But that is a very secondary issue.

The doctor massan is very nice and knows a lot. So i got a nice treatment from him. The problem are the pathetic, uninterested female assistants at the counter 5 where you do the registration... They are very rude and dont really care about anything, but pay pay pay... They should definitely be replaced to make it a better place.

My grandmother had her surgery done in about 4 days, staffs and nurses are very kind and helpful . Wanted to thank everyone for making the surgery successful .

I've been admitted there for I got a spider bite on the beach, well the nurse made me yell at her face coz she put the injection wrongly which much hurt me before they immediately changed her with more professional one .
