Answer question with politely and tell us that we need to booking first before stay and it only provide television and cooking utensils that why the price range is low from other place.

It was a decent accomodation with some options for activities. However, I believe that certain clerical improvements could be made. When we arrived, they argued about which home we booked. Our booking was for the homestay with a pool, snooker table, golf grounds and karaoke room, they insisted that we did not. We produced proof and that was that. Access to the snooker table, golf grounds and karaoke room is charged at RM300 for our entire stay.the snooker cues were without tips and so they replaced them. Late, but they were replaced. We checked out at 5 but they had the snooker items taken at noon. Also, the snooker area was terribly warm. A single stand fan was provided. We still sweat a lot. For a paid facility, perhaps it could be improved with ceiling fans or at least industrial fans. Aside from that, the house was perfect and staying here was very comfortable. Big families should most certainly book their stay here for their Morib Holidays.
