Our family booked a 8 Days 6 Nights Holiday to Hokkaido, Sapporo, Hakodate and Asahikawa from June to July 2017. The General Manager, Mr Tetsuya Kawabata of H. I. S. Travel (M) Sdn Bhd provides a very professional and excellent personalized customer services. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday as he was able to customize our holiday to the tourists attractions that we were interested to visit. We flew by ANA which provides excellent air travel services and in flight meals on board the flights. Watermark Sapporo has excellent customer service personnel with good quality hotel accommodation and facilities. Breakfasts were all provided by all the Hotels that we stayed in during our 6 Nights.
