Thank you so much for putting Body Attack back into the Saturday's schedule.

Machines and equipment are evenly spaced apart. The classes are fun and instructors very humble and helpful. Fees are high but so are the benefits and quality of facility.

Clean gym, friendly staff, enthusiastic instructors. Pretty good gym if you live nearby. Parking can be an issue during peak period though.

Lots of classes going on!!! Zumba, yoga, Grit, Piloxing, Muay Thai, TRX, pilates etc.... they hv sauna. Provide towels, shampoo, shower gel locker and hair dryer.

I love the environment. Water dispenser are available which is great cause they have both hot and ice cold water! Is just like a second home. They even have a sink similar to house kitchen to clean the glasses and etc. Although the towel sometimes is unavailable but it's not a big deal cause you can bring your own towel which is way better. The instructors are super helpful and friendly. The body attack class are so awesome cause they have optional ways for the beginner who are coming for the first time/if you have limited body conditions. And of course after that all exciting exercises, heading straight up for sauna is the best way to get of that toxic in your body! They event have hair dryer! A bit pricey but it so worth it. Definitely will become a member any time soon!
