Grand Riverview Hotel

The Chao Yuan Seafood Restaurant nestled within this hotel serves halal handmade dimsum. That's right, halal and homemade. None of that Janimaru frozen rubbish which are ubiquitous in Kelantan.It's not the best halal dimsum offering I've tried, but is definitely one of the better ones in the state. It's telling when people of different ethnicities can be seen enjoying mountains of dimsum on their table. You come in, take a seat, someone will take your order from a selection of Chinese tea, then off you go to the dimsum spread and eat to your heart's content.
