They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The hotel is luxury and suitable for family vacation. The room are very comfortable. Facilities provided such as the pool, the gym and the cafe are very good. Highly recommended!

Had both my ceremony and wedding reception at the Grand Hyatt KL recently and it was magical! Eventhough i changed the pre-planning many times, Grand Hyatt was very accommodating
The food was amazing and our guests loved it. .
Thank you KuAnne and all of the teams who put the effort and made our wedding beautiful and smooth running. I would definately recommend anyone to have events at Grand Hyatt.

Grand Hyatt was flawless. The room and facilities were extremely well appointed and maintained, international buffet breakfast was exceptional. The pool was great we spent hours relaxing there, and the gym/locket rooms was fantastically equipped with everything you'll ever need for a great workout.
The entire experience was brought to life by the amazing staff at the Grand Hyatt, you should all be extremely proud of the level of service and hospitality you provide; EVERYONE from lobby, front desk, gym, restaurant, house keeping and day spa were universally attentive, friendly and proactive.
Finally, we had a late night flight but were provided with access to the pool, sauna, gym and change facilities to freshen up prior to our departure.
Will definitely be recommending to stay here, and look forward to returning next time I'm in KL.
