Full range of equipment but not well maintained.

For a 59 year old lady like me is to some people awkward to be in a gym with young macho guys and toned up young ladies. But encouragement from Mr Alwin made me changed my perception. Concerned about my health and weight, I joined the gym. I know that first impression is always nice but I love it when that lovely and friendly young receptionist showed me around and how to use the equipment. I feel at home though at home I already have 2 of the equipment yet the environment is different. Thank you very much for the friendliness. Looking forward to pump more iron and drain more sweat especially after Hari Raya.

oh boy, would be great if they have a branch in Raub. at an affordable price, they have many equipments & machines, including those rare one which u hardly see in many gyms, such as the hypertension, adductor & abductor machine. even the trx band is available, which u can normally find in big franchises only in KL. GO Fitness is exactly how a gym should look like: full of all sorts of equipments for different fitness goals & not just popular machines for "mirror muscles".

The entrance price is very affordable. People here are friendly and they are willing to share their workout knowledge. The gym room is consider well equipped, highly recommended.
