staff are friendly and helpful. they will serve you their homemade lemongrass welcome drink while you waiting for check-in. the room is clean and the design is simply. when you get into room you will saw a welcome card with lolipops place on the bed.

Great service. I love this hotel so much. They try their best to provide the best service to their customer. A handmade welcome drink can warm the customer heart. They greet us whenever we go in or go out. Definitely will visit again.

Cheap and good! Service is good, staff is friendly, they serve you with their hadnmade lemongrass welcoming drink while the staff is checking for your order at the reception counter. They always give a smile and warm greeting when you go in and out of the hotel. They surprise me with a warm greeting card and with two lollipops attached on it. Overall this is the most satisfied budget hotel that I ever stay in Penang. Highly recommended.
