GOOD SERVICE ,FRIENDLY AND FAST,I LIKE GDEX COURIER

Gdex is the best courier in Sarawak. services were excellent among the couriers. This morning Just received box and luggage from gdex staff (male). Disappointed with his attitude, no patient with customers, not friendly at all, he was showed mock face toward us (not this time, I think a few times already) others my collage complaint the same his attitude. he made a call before coming, but we take 1-2 minutes to open the door, we can't on the spot to open the door, we're not usher, right? standard professional practice is essential when we hire the staff.

Mengapa simpan lama2 barang orng...sampai jumaat dah...ni nak masuk selasa masuh x sampai....bukan jauh sangat nak hantar...dlam 15 km je...call x angkat

berpuluh kali call tak berangkat. ape function letak nombor ? service lembab mengalahkan siput. dah lah nak barang urgent .

Buat kerja lembab!. Dah janji nak hantar tarikh sekian, orang tunggu tak hantar juga. For business, not recommended guna service ni. Especially area kota tinggi-Bdr Penawar- Sg Rengit.

Service very poor.. barang kalau smpi tak pernah deliver sampai kerumah.. mesti kena pick sendiri dekat hub.. pemalas
