We were served by Jay, she is such a pleasant, cheerful, informative, kind, knowledgeable regarding products and gives the best suggestions! Her vibe was so positive that it made everything such a pleasant transaction.

Being us, the indecisive, she really took her time and suggested things that would taste our likings (because you know la, suddenly all the watches looks nice when your at the store). We were there to get a watch for someone. And we did it immediately within half an hour or so!

The best was when Jay suggested to get something engraved to be meaningful gift. That was like the top of the icing, so personalised! Me and my partner were so amazed, cause engraving was on the spot about 5 mins, and was done!

Would really really recommend, and the next you go, do find Jay! She is a darling! And the engraving service a plus point.

The quality of their watches is good but their bag's quality is really bad for such expensive price. I used Fossil handbag for about 1-2 years and the skin starts cracking. W

hat a disappointment.

I have used this brand of watches, very good quality, design is also very good.

The best brand so far. Their bag is high in quality. I wear fossil bag for almost 3-4 years but it still look beautiful like the first time.
