Communication with Jen was excellent. I whatsapped her the day before out of office hours from London to send a bouquet to my mum who lives in KL. She got the exact flowers I wanted and arranged them elegantly. The next morning she showed me a picture before sending them off. Payment was so easy to deal with and secure as well because I received a confirmation of it to my email. Thank you Jen for your patience, understanding and efficiency!

I am impressed that the owner, Jenn, whatsapped me to send me a preview of the bouquet (because I had asked for some changes) prior to sending it out. This not only gave me an idea but also allowed me to advise them specifics of the delivery so I know it would reach its intended destination. I then got a message informing me it has been delivered. Dedicated service all the way. Of course, bouquet was awesome too.

Jen.., really appreciated your work. Such a wonderful service. I only ordered the flower bouquet at last minute and it's seemed Friday. But she really understood my situation and waited till late night. Finally a beautiful flower bouquet was delivered on time. Jen, It's so lovely that choice of flowers and colours and perfect gift. My friend really loved that bouquet and till now he sprayed the flowers with water.
