It's a super-friendly gym in a convenient location with plenty of equipment - though the CV machines could do with an upgrade and are not as sophisticated as what you may find in other gyms. Members of the Common Ground co-working space get free entry with their access cards.

The location is prefect(walking distance) for those who take the MRT to the gym. Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Looker room(male) is always clean. Awesome instructors and fitness trainers.

The best commercial gym in Malaysia with a dozen well equipped outlets and better trained trainers whose standars are regulated by management.

Nice and not-so-crowded branch if you live or work nearby. Otherwise, parking is a problem if you are not within walking distance. Equipment is well maintained. Toilet cleanliness can be improved.
