The place is well equipped and organized and also the staff are like family. They're a motivating and extremely helpful. It's the best place to workout.

Nice place for workout but receptionist lack of experience and knowledge about workout machine. Punctuality for opening on morning need improve. Always late open, 7.30am still not open. Waste our time.Too bad practice.
