A non friendly customer service, yesterday I bought a pair shoes, nobody told me that I have to bring with me the box otherwise I cannot change the pair of shoes if I change my mind, today I went back trying to change for another pair because this one then were a little tight, but now they said that I cannot change them because I don’t have the box, Infeel so frustrated because the poor costumer service, that’s not right for a costumer to pass thru.
