Swimming pool looks good and fees slightly too high for open concept roof. Stadium look good

I always there for the athlete track. The facilities are good. But every time I am there , the staffs are freaking rude. It's just like we are not suppose to be there . Unexpected, they are all freaking lady.

Very clean pool & bathroom. Organized locker room. But it is overprice, adult for RM11.65 including GST.

Bring kids to swim but only allow to swim in lane 1 but is so crowded. Adults and kids all charges. Is this a public pool ?
