They need to improve on Room condition a lot of maintenance isssue like Aircond not so cold, paip liking at toilet, Room and Toilet very dirty & Smeely. Must have some improment on food, not many verity to choose on buffet consept. But I loved the environment & friendly staff.

Frh:it's convenience if mindset luv stay in concept of camping n adventurous. grateful we got lcd tv have astro in our bandwagon upper. have loteng inside room, best experience. not much expected as we're stay in cowboy town!pool were great!one thing disappointed, nobody at the archery counter unless we need to go the photoprint shop, paid then get back to the archery area so it had wasting time. foods also ok.

Fasiliti dlm tandas n bilik mndi dorm prmpuan agk kurang memuaskn. paip rsk. flush rosak. x smua blik mndi d bekalkan dgn water heater. overall utk team building mmg best 20 laluan berhalang sgt mncbr. 8 laluan berhalang dlm air pn blh tahan jgk. mknn mmg best. breakfast dinner lunch smua d sertakan dgn desert. terbaikkk. .

Overall its ok. Still needs to improve especially on the recreation area. We have to wait more than hlf an hour for the staff to attend to us at the shooting and archery field. The room and the food are just nice. Maybe we'll come back some other time but not so soon.

Ermmm. its ok jerr. so so. need some improvement. espcially on food. too many flies. something need to be done. area is nice. facilities ermm. ok. one more things. please "make sure your people. chambermaid. housekeeping teams Do Not Enter Our Room when the guess is not in " even nak send extra bed or pillow. do not enter without permission. ITS SECURITY PURPOSE. orait. !!. owh. one more things. pls change the damage lock at toilet door. ermm. the water heater shower is not function. . . . others. eemmm. its ok. nice view. nice staff. . . will come again. and hopefully its will much better than my 1st visit. thanks. IThey just need to improve the food and the light. Esp in room banwagon and melting pot (dinner). The views & facities are good. My kids love pool at kg house.
