Dr Loh Khee Fei

He has been my OB and I am due in about 7 weeks. I've told him I want a normal delivery but I have never found anyone who a Normal delivery with him. Everyone has gone through c-sect. The way things are going, it's pointing to me being a candidate for normal delivery, I hope that it will go that way. Yeah, he doesn't talk much unless you ask him or when he talks, it's quite fast. He's only attending at either TMC or kelana jaya med ctre so it'll be too late for me to change doctors or hosp preference at the moment. I'm just making sure that everything will be okay. This is my first time and it's quite stressful just thinking of the upcoming delivery with all the procedures and the budget.

kelana Jaya C-sect i think about 6-7k if not wrong. Dr.Loh Khee Fei is a very good doc.. he saved my sis's life and baby when they had emergency c-sect and was even at the hospital before them ready with a wheelchair at 6am. very professional although he doesn't speak much.

My sis 2 baby boy were delivered by Dr Loh via c-sect. He is experience but lack of communication as he seldom talk.

Dr Loh is a middle aged man, and of course he doesnt talk much. He didnt explained much too as i expect a gynae will do when he knows you are carrying your 'first' child. Only during my last week visit (and also my last since im flying back to sarawak to give birth) he did chat up with Boo and me but we didnt quite catch what he was saying. How i wish he was chatty from the first time i saw him. And he speaks quite fast too. Anyway, he is a busy man, so i guess thats why he kept his conversation minimal to baby's developement. Each visit cost roughly RM80 for consultation and baby pic and RM180 for consultation, baby pic and vitamins (calcium & obimin). I had blood test too and it was about RM220 for consultation, baby pic, and blood test). However if you would like to deliver with him, he delivers only at Tropicana Medical Centre as his clinic is only for consultations. The malay receptionist, Kak Zarina is very helpful too. Ill be seeing Dr Loh for the final time tomorrow to get a consent letter before flying home to Miri and i shall update again from Miri
