Surely I will recommend DSH to my friends and relatives. I had an awesome and great experience during my stay in hospital. The receptionist, nurses, staffs, cleaners, F&B, Pharmacy was very happy face and ready to give us the excellent service. Never failed to make us feel comfortable. Nurses are very polite. They checked on me for every 30 minutes time. I feel very grateful. Thank you for my Dr. Jeya

I would recommend DSH to my frens and family because of their good services and friendly doctors,nurses and staffs. It's like our second home,we feel so comfortable with the services provided by the doctor and nurses. Special thanks to our Aunty Jothie who is a senior nurse there, You do more for your patients that people realize. Not only do you help them with their health issues, but you also give them the confidence and encouragement that you need to truly heal. Hats off to you. I had my medical checkup here for the first time on 19-20/06/2018. What can I say, the services are beyond expectations as the clinic staff and nurse staff really helpful and friendly. Even the Doctor is soft spoken and well attentive as well as provides details explaination about my conditions. I am a happy customer. Overall experience is good.

One of the deep secrets of life is that all that is really worth doing is what we do for others. Damai service hospital always give a positive care for the patients especially staff and nurse who is always there when needed, the environment and the pricing is not expensive like other medical Centre. Most important is doctor procedure always the best method to cure and diversity to make the patients understand on the procedure. Doctors is really able to make the patients understand on the illness and cure method especially old folks, doctors make sure that old folks understand before start the procedure . On 29th September 2017, I sent my baby daughter to see Dr. Melanie for her fever. Dr. was very attentive and listened to my concern well and check up the lungs very thoroughly. After that I went for the follow-up, eventhough Dr. was on emergency duty but her nurse Ms Shadiyah (/Sajada) was very helpful, professional to care for my daughter. Dr Melanie eventually met me after that to ask about my daughter's status. Ms Nurse called me after 2,3 days to make sure my daughter was completedly well again. I am impressed for the extra miles they went and the loving, caring smiles Shadiyah had. Would highly recommend the Pediatrician service here.

Nearly same prices as nicer hospitals such as Gleneagles or prince court, but with low standards of cleanliness and very unprofessional. I have never had my appointment fulfilled on time, it always results in a long wait.

they took care of me, they really did from doctors, nurses and staffs.. i was confined in br ward for like 5 days, they do extra miles to make their patient comfortable! thank you!
